In many organizations, the actual production is much lesser than the scientifically estimated. The gap makes the organization lose productivity and results in a financial loss as several other costs are fixed for the day. This is usually a complex problem and requires a systematic and methodological approach to address and standardization is the key to success.

How Do We Do?

• We measure the loss of productivity based on 16 losses suggested by TPM like a startup and stop-loss, setup loss, line organization, minor interruptions, etc.
• Analyse each loss separately, find the root cause, and take systemic actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Train people on a new system like processes, SOP, Implement and monitor to ensure sustenance
• This results in 10 – 15% of productivity improvement and improves profit
